1. Put 300g of oats into a food Processer with 1 teaspoon of Bicarb, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 110 grams of sugar and half a tsp of salt.
2. Blitz.
3. Melt 60g of butter, add four tsp of milk
4. Add the Wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir.
5. Add a dash more milk if needed to form a dough.
6. If you are making two types of cookies, split the dough in to two parts.
7. Add your Cookie Filling.
8. We are using 55g of choc chips for 1 batch and 55g of sultanas, a tsp of cinnamon, and a quarter of a tsp of nutmeg.
9. Mix the filling in and then form into approx. 8 balls on a baking tray
10. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160 degrees for 8 to 10 mins.
11. Leave to Cool
12. Eat!
Baker's Tip: Try to make different fillings if Possible.
